Autumn Produce Guide: April
It may not be that cool here in Queensland, but some of our fellow states and territories to the south are certainly starting to feel the autumn change as we edge into April.
Regardless, a new month means some new changes to what is currently most in season. So let’s jump in and see what is at its best for this month.
Fruits
As April is a month of transition between the warmer and cooler weather, fruits that flourish in both conditions are around for the picking. You can go for something classic like an apple or banana, or you could opt for the less-considered tamarillo or persimmons. Whatever you prefer, there are plenty of great fruit options in April.
